Titanium Grade 5 (Ti-6Al-4V) is an alloy consisting of 90% titanium, 6% aluminum, and 4% vanadium, offering an excellent balance of strength, corrosion resistance, and lightweight properties. It is widely used in aerospace, marine, and medical applications. The mechanical properties of Ti-6Al-4V include a tensile strength of approximately 900 MPa, yield strength of around 830 MPa, and elongation of 10-15%. This alloy also exhibits good fatigue strength, creep resistance, and weldability. Its high strength-to-weight ratio makes it ideal for demanding structural applications requiring durability and performance.

The material offers a tensile strength of around 950 MPa, yield strength of 880 MPa, and elongation of 10–14%.
