Stainless Steel 317L Channels is an austenitic alloy with a composition that includes 18-20% chromium (Cr), 11-15% nickel (Ni), 3-4% molybdenum (Mo), and a maximum of 0.08% carbon (C). It also contains small amounts of manganese, silicon, phosphorus, sulfur, and nitrogen. This unique composition provides enhanced corrosion resistance, particularly against chlorides and sulfides. The alloy boasts a tensile strength of approximately 515 MPa, a yield strength of 205 MPa, and an elongation of 35-40%.
