Stainless Steel 316Ti Channel is composed of chromium (16-18%), nickel (10-14%), molybdenum (2-3%), and titanium (0.5-1.0%), which enhances its resistance to corrosion, especially in high-temperature and aggressive environments. The titanium content stabilizes the material against sensitization during welding, preventing carbide precipitation. Other elements include manganese (2%), silicon (≤1%), phosphorus (≤0.045%), and sulfur (≤0.03%). Mechanically, it offers a tensile strength of 515 MPa, yield strength of 205 MPa, and elongation of 40%. With a hardness of 95 HRB, it provides excellent strength, durability, and resistance to pitting and stress corrosion.
