Stainless Steel 310S Channel is composed of iron, chromium (24-26%), nickel (19-22%), and small amounts of manganese, silicon, and carbon, with a reduced carbon content compared to 310 for better weldability. The alloy provides excellent oxidation resistance at high temperatures, up to 1,040°C (1,900°F), and superior performance in mildly corrosive environments. Stainless Steel 310S offers a tensile strength of 515-730 MPa and a yield strength of approximately 205 MPa. Its reduced carbon content minimizes carbide precipitation, enhancing durability in welding and high-temperature applications.
